Arnold press Q..

I don't think the guy is doing it right in the video. I believe you should not rotate your wrists out so early. Keep your palms facing you till about just before mid point then rotate them away, otherwise you are basically doing a normal shoulder press.

I agree, thats how Ive always done them. It doesnt make sense to rotate so early.
 
Just do a Google search for 'arnold press' you'll find many descriptions.

I suspect they're all correct including the ones here. I always understood it to consist of a rotation which lasted the duration of the pressing movement.
