Arnold never over training?

Its All Genetics

New member
the one main things that ive learned is that everyone is different and presonal body types and genetics have a lot to do with lifting, but it amazes me that arnold could lift as often as he did. id love to be in the gym 4 hours or more a day. its my escape, but personally i have a fine line for over training, when i was on my prop cycle, i did a week of twice a days, 5 days on 2 off, and i felt really good for that week cause i was in the gym soo much i was relieving stress and have a blast getting swollen twice a day, but after that i crashed, i was keep my calories up through out my cycle, but my body just stoped and told me i was training too much. i felt really guilty though because one day without lifting and i feel withdrawls, but on the other hand i know over training is only going to make me smaller. this problem is even furthered by being on cycle because i can train harder, and i want to and should be able to train more frequently but i know i could not do what arnold did, my body simply would not positively respond. was it just because he was a genetic freak, or the amount of sauce he was on or what? or both?

are those of you guys out there who even though your on cycle you only lift 5-6 days a week. and once a day

so far im a week into my a-bomb- test e cycle and i feel really good ive been training 6 days a week and not feeling any signs of over training. i feel guilty not working out as much as i could because i wanna make the most out of the next 10 weeks. i mean i can def do more reps and sets in the 5-6 days i train and not feel too sore the next day, where as when im off cycle and try to do that many reps and sets im dead the next day

thanks

i think the man just loved to walk around with a pump.

I have to say it can be addicting. i look like i have gained 20-30 lbs when i have a pump.

dont always think about training

gains are made in the kitchen not the gym

think about your next meal also, it is just as important

yeah ive come to learn that, i have to eat right or i feel like shit and also the higher my cals the better i recover and the better and cleaner i eat the more solid gains ill put on

As in your other post IF you are not gaining the weight you want I think it appears to have ALOT MORE to do with your training regimen (you appear to be OVERTRAINIGN to me :o)
(you said you are having to eat 10,000 calories a day :eek2: )

Your muscles DO NOT GROW while in the gym :o...The gym just provides the catalyst for them to grow :)

arnold had a great physique..
but not even close to cutlers' dimensions.. perahps cause the dumbass hypecrit overtrained..

you grow when you rest.
they didnt know that back then.
