Arm workout question?!!??

Hello ladies!
I have notice that my left arm is weaker than the right arm (less strenght). I have also notice that the lest arm is less developed..
is this normal??? anythnig I can do about this???
Please advise..

Mm, that's interesting. My left arm, and leg, are weaker than the right too, but they're also bigger, and more cut - how weird.

I do just what spatts said - left to failure, then right the same as left.

LOL - I wonder what dirty comment mishon made ...
 
I have this same problem with shoulders, like db press...really sux cause my left is way weaker and has less range of motion due to a past injury :( ...i just deal with it and get a spot to help me out on the last ones for that arm...soon it will catch up, i hope ;)
 
A bit out of porportion

I am like tripleV and have had a major injury to my right side- suffering from a smaller/weaker arm and shoulder.
I started physical therapy a few years ago and one of the points the doc told me about was to train each side the same- in my case I did not isolate. He told me that the body would actually make the weak body part keep up with the good side. this worked for me,I had alot of nerve damage- alot of recovery.
One thing I really wanted to point out to you guys, is a massage technique called MYOFACIA RELEASE. Its similiar to Rolfing kind of. I went to this guy who does this with pro's(BB) and other sports atheletes. this changed my life!!! BB creates facia tissue when we lift, over time you can develope a tissue that grows around the muscle, left unchecked, this can cause the muscle to become basically constricted- in simple terms imagine a chicken breast covered in saran-wrap if you will- this technique is very involved and painful it is not fun, but what a relief. this mostly pertains to moderate to major injuries, not simple BB. however, if you have been around awhile you might look into massage, this is one of the premisis for stretching to keep the small adhisions we induce at a controllable level- and I HATE stretching. This probably goes without saying , but this greatly increases circulation too.;)
