Arimidex ?

If I'm using 400mg of test E a week along with 400mg of eq how should I run the arimidex, a 1/2 eod? The reason I want to use arimidex is because the last time I ran a test cycle I held a good bit of water. Also, how bad would running 1/2 eod affect my cholesterol level? They say arimidex can lower the good cholesterol drastically. Whats your thoughts and opinions on this?

When I get water bloat from Test...I run .25 ed until it subsides and then go with .25 eod...worked good for me.

If you retail water, you should at least use .5-1mg ED

I am using .5mg ED with 500mg/week of test enanthate and have no water retention.

The danger with arimidex is if you use too much you can drop your estrogen levels so low that your lipid profile goes to hell. Without bloodwork is difficult to tell if that's the case but 20mg/day of nolvadex will help ensure that it does not happen. This is because nolvadex activates the estrogen receptors that keep the HDL/LDL ratio high.
