Arimidex with Nolvadex???

Can I add nolva to arimidex? I am currently taking arimidex and feel a small lump in my left nipple but doesn't itch. Should I add nolva to it and how much should I take? I am now taking .5 arimidex od.

The reason your getting lumps is because you underestimated the dose you need to begin with. You can take the nolva to block estrogen that has built up in your system, but if you doses arimidex properly you wouldnt need to. Nolva is more detrimental to gains so ideally what you want to do is take nolva for a few days AND up the ana dose to prevent further buildup.
