arimidex/ttokko question

Somewhere i read a post that said splitting arimidex(or any pill) into parts could result in having 1 piece containing binders/fillers and the other active causing misdosing.If this is the case why even invent pill cutters.I find this hard to believe.

Any thoughts?

Also... TT winny pills are reddish in color right? TT Dboll are pink.Correct? So many posts are 50/50 in color match and r driving me batty.

tt winny has a T on them, and the dbols are just pink pentagons, i think they might be a bit smaller too, ,not sure though. and i doubt thats accuratre about binders and correct dosing, the mix 'should' be equal, but then again its probably not, sorry im being ambiguous
