Arimidex question

I take my last shot of test e tomorrow and running PCT after 2 weeks. Should I continue to take arimidex (.25mg eod) up until the point I start PCT?

Also,

PCT:
Nolva (40/40/20/20)
Sarms (50mg/day)- I'm thinking about splitting this up into 3 doses, one upon waking up, one 6 hours later, and one before bed

Some like one dose, I prefer two with the SARMS.

Sorry if my question was unclear. What i meant was should I take Arimidex between the time I take my last shot and the time my PCT starts?

I'll be taking nolva for PCT, so I probably will not be taking Arimidex at all PCT.

I would run it Every 3rd day after the last inj for either day 9 or 12 before PCT
