you shouldnt take more than you need. it is possible that you dont need any. the only way to find out if you need it and what you need is to wait until you experience the undesired estro sides and to treat them with the adex starting at a minimal dose .25mg eod. and working from there. if you can go through half your cycle without it then you are better off only taking it through the half of cycle you needed it for rather than just taking it from the beginning. if you find from your first cycle that the sides take effect quickly and need constant treatment while on then running an ai from day one is the way to go. you could go through a whole cycle and not have the issues at all.
if you only take what you need of the steroids there will be no need for the ai other than to keep it just in case. when you go up into the higher doses you will probably need something.

wait and see if you need it. if you treat the symptoms as soon as they start its not going to get out of control. a couple days and you will be back to normal.
