I have some arimidex just incase sides and I'm going to Cali for the fourth....I was wondering if running it just for 4-5 days would help me lost some water weight for the beach?

It doesn't help as much as you think it might. Maybe combined with some natty diuretics is can help a little. I haven't seen "definition" yet on his site, but maybe hit up Nelson for some ideas.

Be careful with the a-dex, bro. You could use it lose some water and in the process drive your estrogen so low that even if all of the hot babes at the beach are hitting on you, you won't give a shit.
