Arimidex dosages

I'm doing Sust/Deca right now for 8 weeks and would like to add some A-dex in if and when estrogen related symptoms arise. How much of it do I take, and for how long? I don't want gyno, yet I don't want to hinder gains either....

Week 2-8: Sust 250mg/Deca 400mg every 4 days

Post cycle clomid/nolva

I'd suggest .5mg EOD.

That looks good. And if need be you can always up the dosage...
