Nolva reduces IGF-1 much more than ana and therefor can hinder gains much more. In tests combining the two for cancer reseach didnt seem to offer any benefit. However, for AAS use, I believe there is aplace for it. Since ana prevents aromatization and the buildup of estrogen, nolva is not needed IF you were taking enough ana. However, if you were not taking enough ana there can be a buildup of estrogen and gyno symptoms can start. At this stage of the game, you need to up the ana dose BUT it wont help with the estrogen that has allready been created so upping the ana dose and nolva for a week or so is a good idea since the nolva will block the estrogen that was created due to your underestimation of your ana dose. Ideally you want to be taking enough ana so you dont need to worry about nolva.
