Arimidex and joint pain.

Taking just 0.25mg of Arimidex e3ds during cycle, and I got joint pains. Is there any good supps that will ease this? Been thinking Glucosamine etc? What do you think?

That typically indicates that your E2 level has dropped too low. Any clicking in your joints? That is another sign.

Some people respond better to lower doses than others do. Some do fine on .25 mg/week, others fine that .5 mg EOD is what it takes.

It is important to pay attention to how your body responds and to adjust your dose as needed.

6K of fish oil per day is necessary for hardcore lifters. its expensive but necessary. we don't get enough omega 6 with our diets.

instead we get omega 3's which dry the joints further

Put your money into the Fish Oil. Much better benefits then the Glucosamine.

Thats not that large of dosage really. I was going to suggest to lower your dosages.
What type of cycle are you on?

I am currently on 30mg dbol a day and 1000mg of test cyp/wk. Just started the cycle, so the test is a frontload, usual is 750mg/week. I will run dbol for 3 weeks only. Because of usual huge water retention with dbol i figured a little arimidex would be fine. However, I am also using clenbuterol, currently at 40mcg, building my way up to about 100mcg and staying there for a total of 2 weeks. I also do 250iu of HCG e3d.

Also, is it normal that the TEST C injectionsite hurts for a couple of days? Im tender when i feel the erea i injected, even tho its been 2 days.

I concur. My ass stays tender for a couple of days after test c injenction but you also put like 4ml's worth did you split it up on both sides or just shoot all in one? Hopefully you plit it up. And although my ass still gets soar they are getting betther with time bro.
