Aright here we go...I need some help guys(PLEASE)
My first post..
okay well I want to ask you people for a favor, I need some help getting started basically. here are some details about me
I just turned 19 not too long ago. Ive been lifting on and off but Im a former HS basketball player and I was supposed to keep playing at community college. But during the summer after my senior year I tried to get in the best shape I could and I overdid it and got injured, which led me to sit out last year. Now this summer I started getting back in shape after I was cleared to do so by doctors so I've been again lifting on and off... the problem is this one year of college life took everything away from me and Im not trying to go back to community college to play basketball(i dont think you can even do that) so all I want to do is bulk up and keep myself in shape --- so thats my goal I guess.
now little more about the way I am built...
I'm 6' 6' 235 pounds but lot of that is fat especially in my upper body. Lets just say before I got injured last year I weighted about 186 lbs( to make it clear I was about 220 before I started gettin in shape then I went down to 186 and now back up to 235-240) and I dont want anyone thinking i was being anarexic or something all I did was just go down to my home in europe somehwere where its really hot and train for 3 months with my brother.
I reached some good results but you know how sometimes life treats you and somthing bad happens, but oh well it doesnt matter.
okay so now I'm just gonna rephrase what I want to do and make it clear. I'm almost 100% sure basketball is over for me so like I said what i'm planning to do is start working out seriusly starting lets say next week, Im planning on working out at least 4 times a week for the starters, get on a right diet, stop drinking???? do some cardio(im not trying to lose too much weight though I just want to get big cause im sure basketballs over for me...)
what I need from you guys is a little advice on what type of legal supplements I can use to start my quest in gettin big(no roids for now) just something I can go to the store and buy..
I want to lose fat and get bigger, turn fat into muscle also works..
sorry if you guys dont discuss stuff like this here but I dont wanna start out with roids right now just something that will have me going and help me get in shape....
some stuff I have tried in the past is, creatine, some andro that i bought at gnc, some milkshakes for gaining weight...
but yes if anyone could recomend me a good cycle of some legal supplements that would be great
P.S I tried looking through threads but theres so many and I couldnt find anyone in the same position as me so I figured it would be okay to start a new thread and if its not then sorry...
