Argggghhhhhh Rubber in gear help???

so i was sittin there crackin amp after amp of test cyp filling a vessel and i noticed little bits of rubber floatin around, like lots of it.... i figured its the rubber from insider the plunger cos only thing that was black in the whole operation....

someone give me a hug and say its gunna be alright like what do i do to filter it??? can i even do that surely the gear not dead right???

get a sterile bottle online

open old bottle and use a mesh scoop to get it all out

then out clean gear back in new bottle

you could also just try to draw SLOW with a 23 gauge and see if the pin acts as a filter

you are going to need to filter it out through a 100% sterile process. vial, syringe, and filter. that is if you know for a fact that your gear is still sterile. if not i would trash it.

Just get a whatman .45 filter and filter through a syringe. Be sure to have a sterile vial ready.

well i'm sure its all still sterile, like the vessel it went into was sterile, it wasnt a vile but close to.... and the plunger is sterile, and the rubber is from the inside of the plunger... i guess you cant use the same plunger over and over. i thought it would be ok.

i'm cool with that i gots a whole lot of it, bros i went in search of whatman filter and i'm gettin lost in all the scientific jargin, anyone help me out with what sort i need like what membrane bla bla bla and do i need more than 1??? the bottle in question has 50ml in it so do i just draw out of it then put the whatman on, a pin then shoot into vial?? then do i use another filter??

buy a few of them and warm the oil up first under hot tap water. you dont need a real fine filter because what you are removing is large. sorry i would be guessing if i threw a number at you so i wont.

not sure what to buy though like what type obviously a whatman but theres heaps of different ones when i do a search??? is research supply good for that stuff??? and needto you had no worries usin the gear after that happened??

lose 2 ml....just fill the with grapeseed oil push into filter with 2ml of grapeseed oil to flush the filter
