are you suppose to do cardio on a ketogenic diet?

doesn't it burn up all your muscle mass too?

High intensity or hiit cardio will burn up muscle glycogen you need for working out.

I'd keep the cardio low intensity. A brisk walk around the neighborhood first thing in the am prior to breakfast or uphill treadmill walking pwo should work well. 30-60 minutes a clip depending on how much fat you need to lose. I'd start at 30 and work up.
