Are you stuck in pre-training mind-frame?

Hello All,

I am in excellent shape at present. I have been doing all the right things and can't complain. I will cycle again later this year and can't wait, but.........why is it that we are always stuck in pre-training mindframe before we started using the gym where we think we're really small and weak yet everyone else thinks we're big MoFo's?

Sometimes I feel like packing the whole lot in as I think I'm going no-where. (Which acording to all 3rd parties is certainly not true) Why does this happen?
 
hahaha yeah i think that comes from looking in the mirror too much ;) but i can relate a lil since i have always been pretty skinny its normal to want the exact opposite :chomp:
 
I used to take pills for it but they didn't help. They only made me bigger.

I know what you mean, though. It's like nothing changes until one day you go shopping and stand next to someone normal and the realisation hits that you really are a monster that people step aside for. That's one of the cool things of training for strength rather than looks. Keep track of the numbers going up and you know everything's just fine.
