I tried this exercise this morning and it's tough!
It's an *assisted* one-arm chin-up
Use one hand in the supinated position, place the other hand on your wrist and pull
Easier than the real 1-arm chin-up but you still have to pull your bodyweight with 1 arm
I can do sets of 2 w/o a strap but it's tough on the wrist
