When do you eat the majority of your food. It used to be mornings for me. I would wake up have a 60 gram protein shake and about 1.5 hours later go have steak and eggs. Then eat lunch a couple of hours later.
Now I am waking up, waiting until about an hour after waking to have a protein drink. couple of hours later have a small lunch and then after the gym eat my heavier meals.
