I go to the gym every other day and workout for around an hour. I dont know what my bodyfat % is but im in prettty good shape all over... I do atleast 25 minutes of bench pressing each trip, then about 15 minutes of squats, 10 minutes on the vertical leg press and 10 is deadlifts... I also jog around 2 miles every day and I box... I squat 350 deadlift 375 and bench 275... My goals are too gain around 20lbs and bench atleast 340... I am in decent shape right now so i would like to bulk up a little more for the summer.
