Rugby season is coming up and I currently have some supplements that I want to try out for a booster before I play my games. For those of you who don't no what rugby is it is a contact sport similiar to football (Gridiron).
I have been told that cnidium Monnieri and Xanthoparmelia Extract along with some L-arginine can be good.
I also have yohimbe and caffiene in my stash as well.
Would using these be good to pump you up before a game?
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
