Are these good for pre game booster?

Hey all

Rugby season is coming up and I currently have some supplements that I want to try out for a booster before I play my games. For those of you who don't no what rugby is it is a contact sport similiar to football (Gridiron).

I have been told that
cnidium Monnieri and Xanthoparmelia Extract along with some L-arginine can be good.

I also have yohimbe and caffiene in my stash as well.

Would using these be good to pump you up before a game?

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
 
There are better supps prior to a rugby event that you can use such as N2KTS, phytoserms, HCGenerate and WheyToBuild protein
 
i agree with andrew... and would personally recommend the n2kts if u wanted 1 supplement that would make the most difference... particularly if u really wanted to feel it working right away. that stuff will jack you up and there is no crash when coming down. you should be good to go for 2-3 hours after u take it.
 
Nkts or Adderllin or both if you really wanna be an animal, lol.
