Hi Folks, I am not a body builder but I am an active person that does a bit of repetitive, low weight exercise, like hiking, biking, etc. I have a high metabolism and low appetite. I feel like I could use low doses of steroids to keep me strong, and bigger. Do you think this is a good idea? What type of regiment would you recommend. I am a 40 yr old, 6' 165lb male. Thanks!
