Are people so lazy now that they don't even care if they look like idiots?

So this morning I sent out an email to a company for a quotation on their product. I attach a pdf of an architectural drawing which shows exactly what I need a quote on. There are basically 2different types of units which have glass panels that have a special type of decorative film on them. This company specializes in this decorative film.
I get an email back from the guy saying, "I looked at the drawing and could not find any reference to Lumisty (his product), if you provide me with the number and size of the glass panels I will provide a quote to furnish and install."

I'm like wtf?? His product is CLEARLY noted on the drawing not once, not twice, but 4 SEPARATE FUCKING TIMES!!! He obviously didn't look at the drawing and just wanted me to do his takeoff for him. Either that, or he just cannot read a drawing, and if that's the case he's in the wrong business. Fucking pisses me off....
