Are My Primos Good OR Bad??

I have just got some Primo's and they are identical to the brown ones from Spain. They are in a clear vial with a white band around the neck and a blue dot right above it. I was wondering if any of you guys have seen them or know anything about them.

I took a look at the link but I can't really identify if the clear vials have a white bamd around them.
