Are Bran Flakes and Whole grain Cheerios good healthy carbs?

Anybody try the Kashi GoLean Crunch breakfast bars? How do they taste?

I love the cereal. In fact I am eating a bowl right now!
 
i reccomend only one cereal and that shredded wheat. Any other cereal you do choose, look on the ingredient label and make sure that the word sugar or any word ending in "ose" is the 5 ingredient or lower.

look for cereals on the low glycemix index as well.
 
As a general rule, the best cereals are whol oats and oat bran hor cereal. Other cereals can make good post workout carb sources.
 
the kashi go lean waffles are awesome too. add some smart balance butter, cinammon and splenda. or anpb thats good too
