heres my diet im starting for my first show of the year in july
9:00 am- protein pancakes( 2 scoops whey+3 egg whites
11:00 am- 8 oz chicken or fish, 4 oz sweet potato,amino pills,fish oil
1:00 pm 2 scoops whey protein, 2 tbsp of natty pb
3:00pm- 10-12 oz ground venison(nothing added),6 oz of green veggies
5:00 pm- 10-12 oz chicken or fish, 4 oz brown rice, amino pills,fish oil
7:00 pm- 6 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal
9:00 pm- 2 scoop of casein protein
CURRENT CYCLE IM ON: (on week 4 of 12 weeks)
500 mg omandren
750 mg enanthate
100 mg tren ed
May start hgh/igf1-lr3 in a couple of weeks and run it until the end of the year.....but i might just run anavar/winny during the summer...cant decide
