In spite of the fact that I do take N2Guard on a daily basis, and most probably get my pectin, I do eat a fruit per day that contains natural pectin as well. I think this is a practice that is not hard to do, but contributes greatly to one'e health. This is one nice article - very informative, and insightful in terms of how beneficial fruits really are for us.

in a society that eats too much processed shit, it is important we get in our proper amounts of produce.

everyone is so obsessed with protein, the supplement companies have trained us to think that way. protein is important yes, but we already get enough of it when we eat meat. what we don't get enough of is our fruits and veggies due to laziness. i know some guys who have told me they have never even set foot in the produce section before, that is scary. that should be the FIRST place you go when you go shopping

Indeed. And it gives another very viable reason to have n2guard in your daily regime with multivitamins and minerals

I really enjoy apples but the main way I get my apple pectin intake is through apple cider vinegar. I use apple cider vinegar daily. It has a myriad of health benefits. It has been shown to improve muscle insulin sensitivity, improve cholesterol levels and improve digestion.

I take 1 tablespoon with 2-3 meals each day. Make sure to purchase an apple cider vinegar that is unpasteurized and still contains 'the mother'. That's where all the pectin is. You will know you have a good apple cider vinegar if you have to shake it prior to using each time to reconstitute the mother in the product.

I admit I did not know a lot about apple pectin. I am glad to find out that I am getting plenty though just by consuming apples and taking N2Guard year round. There are some great health benefits of consuming it. Apples are a great snack for me as I spend most of my day on the road.
