Apple Pancakes

2/3 Cups whole wheat flour
2/3 Cups unbleached flour
1/3 Cups cornmeal
1 TBS. Baking powder
1 tsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 Cups nonfat yogurt
3/4 cups fat-free egg substitite
1/4 cups honey
2 TBS, applesause
1 large apple - shredded
Non stick cooking spray

In a blender or food process. mix first 10 ingred, until smooth. Stir in shredded apple in batter. Coat a large non stick pan with cooking spray and place over med, heat. When pan is hot pour in 2/3 cup of batter. Cook 2 mins. per side. MAKES 8 LARGE PANCAKES!
