Appetite increasers/ decreasers

Just wondering if anyone can recommend some appetite increasers for me, coz im struggling to eat all my daily calories. Also can anyone recommend some decreasers for my mates girl. Cheers

uhm, id guess increasing appetite is not really a problem for most people, if your training hard you should have the appetite of a gorrilla.
