Aol Dsl?

I was thinking the same damn thing. Well, that and how nice it would be to be going down on a hot pootie tang right now...

Once you get DSL, you'll never go back. It's definitely worth it. AOL aint cheap however. I'd shop around first. I'm only paying $20.

gymtime,

what speed do you connect at? I'm at 1.4mb now. Also do you have an ISP? I saw the quest package was without ISP. So I'd have to alteast add $10 because I need access to a news server since I often use usnet.

Damn I didn't know AOL offered DSL. I was kind of hoping they'd fade away. I hate those fucking commercials.... "AOL is so easy." They always say something to the point about being "easy." How hard is it to browse the internet and check your email?? Gimme a break. Die AOL, die!

C'mon guys........you KNOW the awe and respect you get when you have an e-mail addy that ends in "aol.com"..almost as much respect as you get when you have an addy that ends in "webtv.com"

I believe it's 640,000 bps. I got the dsl a little cheaper because I went with Qwest as my ISP, so yeah, you'd have to do that.

i've got an @home cable modem. $40 a month (had to pay for installation, modem purchase & ethernet card. but the installation was only $10).

aol, didn't they used to have like 20 users per modem? i hope they don't stiff customers on hardware like they did with dial up.
