anything wrong w/milk post PL workout ??

currently I am following a westside program. My shake is 2 cups of milk, 2 cups of water with about 50 gms dextrose. I know milk is a slow protein, but does it matter much ???

I don't use whey bc I am poor right now

westside program?!
Milk is fine if whey is out of the question, but if you count gram for gram then whey is cheap than milk
