Anything for mass??

I was wondering if there is something out there that im missing that gives mass gains?
Im on another cycle of 1-ad now, which i know only gives weight and strength gains, but specifically says no mass gains.

I know about protein, food, creatine...etc...These help with mass gains, and weight gains. My problem is i take these also, but all the mass and weight goes right to my gut LOL....

Someone told me Cell-tech helps with mass gains, but it sucks so dont buy it. Is there anything out there im missing?
 
You might be eating too much of the wrong types of carbs and they are making you fat.

I'm on a 1-AD cycle right now. I've gone up 12 lbs so far and lost 1/2 in on my waist at the same time.

I'm drinkning 2 N-Large shakes a day and eating every 2 hours all day long. I was worried about all the carbs I was going to take in turning to fat but between intense workouts and, this was the secret I think, taking a good dose of r-ALA with all my carb meals helped alot. I would definately recommend this practice while taking 1-AD.

Not only that, the r-ALA is a strong antioxidant with protective effects on the liver, which can be stressed a little by taking 1-AD.

On Workout days, my post workout is 2 pills of 1-ad, N-large, and usually a decent sized meal..

I cant say i eat this many calories or this many carbs....I dont pay attention to be honest...i just kinda eat whatever.
 
Well If you used Cell-Tech, that could be (most likely is) what is causing the mass to go to the belly. However, i wouldnt give up on creatine all together. Try a regular powder mixed in with your N-Large post-workout. Also, You must keep an eye on your diet. If they are not quality calories, you wont get quality mass. Another idea is to eat several smaller meals throughout the day. Big huge meals will slow down your digestion, likely causing storage of what your body cannot break down. Hope this helps.
