got a good workout routine someone can share with me?
just like 4-6 day workouts a week,
lower body, upper body...
if anyone can help me out that would be great cause everytime I go to the gym all I do is bench and basically just some other stuff thats around... you guys kno more then I do so if u can share that would be much apreciated.
