Anyone using the MAX-OT training routine??

So I haven't been here in quite a while maybe almost a year.

I got hooked here when I learned about 5x5 but then after that I just stopped coming back. Anyway the 5x5 worked very well especially when I was eating lots. I blew up 50 pounds in 11 months I was loving it. I lost it all when I moved changed jobs had a bad break up you name it.

Now that life is back on track I've been at the gym consistently again. I started back using 5x5, but not to the same intensity. Then recently I heard of MAX-OT. I read a very long article series on it and seems to me to be very similar in theory to 5x5. The big difference though is that you do even less work and focus more on very little volume but maximum intensity. It's worked well so far and gains are going well.

Just curious if anyone else is doing it, and what your feelings are about it.

Bro, it's an old-school train of thought of taking all sets to failure, just with less volume and less reps, but with a higher intensity.
