This book is primarily targeted at hardgainers (I hate that word) and espouses a very low volume of work and a very intense set of 20 rep squats 2-3x a week.
It's great advice for a real skinny hardgainer. If you're fairly average or have decent genetics then stear clear of it and stick with a more balanced program.

Sebass67 said:make sure to supplement some sort of light hamstring movement in there...you have to be aware of strength imbalances, if you only do squats and depending on your stance you may(i did this) overdo your quads....higher quad to hamstring ratio....more likely you are susceptible to knee injuries... something to keep in mind...
