I was thinking of maybe changing my work outs to less sets of 4-6 reps, but not going through the transition phases of this theory. Anyone use it? Better when your "off"? It looks interesting, however I dont believe guys like Skip La Clour use it. What's the good word?

I think it is great for those just starting out or coming off a layoff.

i stopped lifting for 2 years when my son was first born and it was nice to have a program all mapped out and i literally forgot about some exercises in that time and the program gives a wide variety. beyond that, I think it is not the best approach to lifting since everyone is different. i used it for about 10 weeks to get back into the gym and made awesome progress. I then started lifting in my own style that I had used in the past.

Lots of folks, check the training board. Otherwise a great way to start and some great concepts. In the end everyone is different and comes up with what works for them.

Its also good to try if you need a change to wake things up.
