how'd it work?
i have 2 of the kits from a while back and decided to try it out tonight.
how long do you leave them in for? it says for best results 1 hour twice a day for 2 weeks. i've had it in for 10 minutes and i gotta spit bad but you're not supposed to take them out and no way am i swallowing this.
