They used one on me when I was rehabbing my knee after surgery...I never felt like it did all that much. I think just doing the exercises without the EMS would have yielded the same result.
Yeah i guess for rehab its not too great but it seems to temporarily relieve pain. I havent messed with too many settings tho. I have a ultrasound unit too im using but that doesnt seem to help either
