You can drink it if you want to....taste like a hand full of pennies Put it in gel caps...they usually hold 1/2ml = 12.5mg. Some people put it in their OJ on the am. I think it would be better to gel cap it and spread it out over the day. Don't make to many ahead of time or they will get soggy and break .....Hope this helps bro

Bro, here is how i take it....1/2cc in the morning in a shot of oj and one as a night cap in a shot of oj...and FUCK does it taste like shit..lol
