Anyone use Muscle Milk?

this is this new protien powder out called muscle milk. its comes in some pretty good flavors. it is supposed to be like real mothers milk in compostion (NOT TASTE). it has 18 grams of fat and 32 grams of protien per serving. they taste like dairy queen blizzards.

i'm wondering if its too many calories and fat though?

new?

I've used it for at least 2 years. Good for bulking, no so good for cutting.

Banana is a truly awesome flavor... my favorite shake of all time, including a real shake with ice cream. True, there's quite a fair amount of fat in Muscle Milk, but I believe that the type of fat used is well-chosen.

Yes, it's good for bulking. But consider that on a cutting phase, you may want to minimize carbs, which for many of us, will mean upping the fat intake. Thus, Muscle Milk can work very well for a cutting phase too. If concerned about fat content, just don't use if as your sole source of protein... alternate with a low fat powder, like perhaps procomplex by Optimum Nutrition (my current fav for low fat, higher quality, well-balanced protein powder).

Yes, prices are awesome at dps nutrition. I personally have been using www.bulknutrition.com, though slightly more expensive than dps, because they do some extra cool stuff, like paying to have products tested to see if they match label claims.

cookies & creme

Cookies & Creme Rocks! I read the lable and conclude it is a superior product. However, when I taste it I scratch my head and wonder how something that tastes so good can be good for you.

The only thing I do not like about the product is that it uses fructose as one of its sweetners. The fat does not bother me as it repaces my need for Flax seed oil.

COOKIES AND CREME ..... OHHHHHH MY GOD!!! WOW... The best tasting protein shake on the market .... Guaranteed!!! MMMMMMMMMMMMM......... I LOVE IT!

there are some great flavors, root beer float being the best. this stuff is expensive as hell. only 2 lb tubs, 2 scoops for only 32 grams protein, its more like a really expensive meal replacement powder. but the taste could be worth the money.

I use muscle milk for cutting as a meal replacement. I use three heaping scoops at a time in water with good results. I like all the flavors except strawberry, its not bad, just not as good tasting as the rest.:)
