Anyone use ING?

Any thoughts? Seems like a good way to regularly send money to others without having to get bank account #'s, transfer fees, etc. Two parties get ing accounts, then you just transfer whenever u want. Like paypal, withoiut the nazi fees.

Great for drug dealing too I guess.
