I have used them they are alright, but too expensive. There are other brands which have a little mouthpiece and they are the SAME product but less expensive . The less expensive kits also have a tube or bottle which allows much more whitener than the strips.

I just finished using a kit of Crest Night Effects and it worked great. A bit of a pain in the ass(you have to paint it on your teeth and let it dry for a minute) but I was very pleased with the results. Took 14 days, and I paid $14 for the kit online.

A while ago I used the crest whitestrips. Worked great as there was a noticeable change in colour. Teeth were sensitive while on it, but I toughed it out no biggie. My teeth now are still white (more off white I'd say) but the "brightness" is fading. I'd go with a professional treatment (laser, etc) because the whitestrips, although they work, don't last long and are relatively expensive. You gotta constantly do it every 6 months or so and that'll add up. Plus it's a real pain in the ass the 2 weeks or so you are using the whitestrips because the sensitive is quite uncomfortable.

i bit the bullet this summer and got six veneers on my front teeth. it cost me a small fortune and was way more time consuming and uncomfortable than i expected. imagine getting six crowns at once.

i had braces in my teens so my teeth were straight but the upper ones were kind of yellow and had worn down as i got older.

it was a whole thing getting done. after they drill your old teeth down the dentist puts on temporaries. mine kept coming off which was a total pain.

i stressed i did not want them all fake and phony white so the dentist had the lab make them white but natural looking. i am thrilled with the results.
