Just stumbled across this. I'm sure a lot of guys seem in the gym and such. Whats the opinions on these.

1000 calorie drink is sure a nice way to add 1000 calories to daily intake.

Those RTD drinks (specifically American Bodybuilding's) already give me pretty bad GI distress and diarrhea. ...I can't imagine what adding 40 grams of glycerol to the mixture would do. ...better stay close to a bathroom the first time you try it.

those RTD's are junk. do a search on them, the protein has literally been boiled, pretty much making it useless.
