i was on a serious cutting routine but ran out of gas.
so chilled out for about a month and now i'm back with a mean 14 day DNP run.. 200mg first week, then 400mg for one week...
less than 70g carbs per day..
high protein
low fat...
i cant do much cardio on dnp cause i totally burn out and cant function.
so just low cals, and training as usual.
