Anyone See Training day?

Though I was a bit dissapointed with Ethan H. character due to being a PUSSY!!

Denzil made a Good Bad guy. The movie was twisted but I wouldn't pay to see it again nor would I watch it on Cable

I give it 1.5 stars

What did everyone else think of it?

Denzil's character was overplayed during the first part of the movie. Way too much "hard ass" in that part.

I wouldn't watch it again, either.

What did everyone else think of it?

Really?!?! I think it was one of the best movies I've ever seen. Completely unpredictable and unique. Can't beat Denzell. Yeah, Ethan was a puss, but you had to have an anthesis to Denzel otherwise what conflict would you have? I saw it two days in a row and I was just as excited as I was the first time.

For me I expected not to predict it much but I could...Like when he went to his home. I knew he was lying about being married with 4 sons. I knew that was his home the moment when the gangbangers were like man I'm tired of this shit...

Then again when he started talking to his son in spanish that was a dead ringer. When he took him to the Mexican hood I knew he was going to be left there to die because when he picked up that girls wallet in the alley that it would come to save him sooner or later or he would have just thrown it away.

Overall I was dissapointed. Dr Dre seems to have lost alot of weight in that role and the soundtrack was better then the actual movie. Ethan's character once again was too much of a pussy!!!

OK THEN GO UP TO A CRAZY GUY WITH A GUN, THINK ABOUT IF HE IS GOING TO SHOOT YOU OR NOT AND THEN START RUNNING AT HIM AND SEE IF YOU GET SCARED. No I'm not saying he was a pussy for taking it during the gun situation but for the overall movie I thought he was. If I was in that situation with some guy holding a shotgun to my head. I def think he played that right.

when I say for the overall I should say during those times where Denzel was giving him the "Pep" talks and he was like huh I dont know...Even if he would have been wrong I would assume that he should just be honest about what he would have done, and then stand back to get corrected by the instructor
