Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai? theres a guy I train with and this is what hes doing.....Test only for 12 weeks at 500/ew.....diet is awesome and trains close to 5 days a week. sometimes 4 sometimes 6 times a week. he is looking great. running hcg throughout. any thoughts?

I know Alcatraz does MMA, but I don't know how much weight training he does in addition. He might be a good one to ask.

I can't really speak for gains in size or strength, but I know for competitive MMA fighters, roids can provide a real edge. The time taken for recovery whilst 'on' is hugely reduced, meaning you can train longer, harder and more frequently. I think the most common thing that fighters do is small amounts of certain substances, which do not cause significant bloat or water retention, as weight classes are so important. It is also important to take a sufficiently small dosage as to not elevate BP levels, as high BP will kill a guys cardio. Also, remember to keep it to substanceds with a short half life, if there's a possibility you will be tested at any point!

I would imagine that would be a bit excessive, as you are likely to hold quite a bit of water at that dosage. That being said, a bit of arimidex or something would take a lot of the negatives away so he might do fine with test at that dosage. Also, is he a particularly big guy? The bigger guys can obviously get away with using much more gear whilst competing, as they need more help to maintain larger amounts of muscle.

500mg of test ew is a wonderful dose for anything you want to achieve.. you shouldn't be holding much water unless you're prone to convert heavily in which case arimidex or something like winny, anavar, primo, or mast can help.. if i were adding another compound i would lower the Test dose though..

Not sure, I was pretty much the fastest ive ever been and had the most stamina ive ever had at 1000mg Test and 700mg Tren...

I'd definitely lift weights man. You said what your friends goal is... What is yours?

I'd at least lift 3 times per week.

No doubt doing martial arts with AAS can make you train harder and recover better. But increasing your LBM will have its benefits too.

There are tons of other things you can do for recovery and endurance, etc... It's best to leave the AAS to helping you gain muscle or keep muscle while cutting big.

your ability to recover and your intensity would be greatly increased which could have a positive benefit. Deca or eq would help with sore joints from rigorous training.
