Got all four of there C.D.'s (Strap It On, Meantime, Betty, and Aftertaste). I like Betty by far buy Meantime is got a raw appeal. As far as I know they dispersed after Aftertaste around 97. Was good music to lift to, solid rythm.

Actually I have heard Napalm Death....definitely noise...but thats what I want at the gym

Helmet is bad ass, my band has a definate Helmet influence. For lifting I have to go with:
Soulfly
Ministry
Deftones
Helmet
Primer 55
Pressure 4-5
Also allot of trance is good for lifting....Oakenfold etc...
