I just checked how much I ate, around 5500cals thuesday-sunday. I thought I ate about 4000-4500cals hehe. Well I can't figure out how much really that is nessesary to gain muscles while holding fat away. I though of +500cals but then again I'm doing T3 at 25mcg per day so maybe +1000 would be better. My bw is: 189lb, 6", started 3 weeks ago at 180lb. Cycle consist of EQ 800mg week one and 2, then 400mg for another 10 weeks. Durabolin(nandrolone phentylpropionate) 375mg per week for 5-6 weeks. I will add winny at 50mg ED weeks 8-13 and fina weeks 8-11(80mg EOD).
Diet: 1.5g/lb protein. Any suggestion on how many cals to consume with my stats, I though somewhere between 3500-4000cals, bumping my proteinintake to 2.5g/lb for a few days, then back again. Low fat.
Training: 3 times per week Old-school way. Mon-wedn-fri.
Morningwalks for 40-45minutes before breakfast 4 times per week to hold fat away.
Also doing nor-ephedrine and caffein 25/250 x 2 per day.
I eat Every other hour, or atleast try to. Very clean, and on weekends I eat a little more of the higher GI-index foods like sugercandy.
