I am a probably one of the few female gun owners on this board. (Texan )

Do I fell it is my right to own/carry a firearm. Yes.

Does it protect me? In my mind it does. I have not crossed that bridge.

LOL, well that's certainly an unbiased, objective newsource.---the NRA Magazine. I might as well call Smith & Wesson up and ask them to send me some literature as well.

Where you getting your info from??? Any magazine that has people in Washington DC "EVERYDAY" must be a very reliable source of information with alot of facts to back up our 2nd amendment rights.

You must read that often because you seem like you have no concrete facts on your "OPINION". The people of Washington DC would not give that magazine the time of day but they will sit down and listen to the people of the NRA. I guess next your going to say that steak knifes should be outlawed also. How many crimes and murders are commited with a Knife???

The NRA spends more money and does more to educate children about gun safety than all crybaby liberals world wide.

They dont cry about the problems and try to find a easy and false solution----they take the effort to develop programs like Eddy The Eagle to educate children and preserve rights.

Dont like the right to own guns, then move to a country that wont let you. There are millions of immigrants dying to get into the USA every year that obviously think it is worth it to come here.
