Anyone out there who is PROUD to have the 2nd Amendment?

Sushi X socialist believe in disarming people. guns are being outlawed in many european nations. the formation of the euro-dollar, and all the socialized healthcare and other programs i keep hearing about from my european friends. then you all look at america and see we have the rights and freedoms to carry guns and that insurance here in america is part of a capitalist society and you all don't like it. it scares you to think that a country can still remain "free" and you seemed worried we will oneday try to take over by forcing our way of life on you, that's what scares me about europe heading into a new socialist society.

I´m nearly 100% certain that you can own a hunting rifle in Spain.

How is the "euro dollar," otherwise known as the euro, somehow socialist? Before answering that, tell me what a socialist is. Not with a defintition though. Tell me what a socialist does.

Socialized healthcare and other programs? What other programs?

"It scares YOU to think that a counrty can still remain free..." Who is "you?" How is America more "free?"

"...you seem worried we will one day try to take over by forcing our way of life on you..." What "way of life?" Why do you think that?

you=europeans

other programs=it's a figure of speach, i don't know what all europe has that american does'nt. socialized healthcare is one and there was another a guy from holland was talking about but i can't remember which one it was.

our way of life=america's way of life, culture, beliefs, ect.

why do i think that? the attitude i get from europeans on the way america handle's itself and the way many countries are adapting our culture to intergrate with their own.

euro dollar=socialis because it's one currency throughout. no exchange rate, a unified economy.

Hey i am European and i love the fact that the US gives everyone a right to carry arms. I believe it's a very logical concept and it works, simple as that. To those that disagree, good for you, disagree all you want and don't carry a gun, just leave me alone and don't make it hard for me to carry one because YOU choose not to.

Second, i will never understand your so called liberals crying about supposed needed legislation for gun controll, to stop and reduce violent crime!! Well what makes a criminal a criminal? Obviousley a complete disregard for the law. So how the hell is that supposed to stop a criminal from obtaining a gun, all that laws do is keep a honest man honest.

Most definitely YES!!

My god I cannot believe what I am reading!

1. Guns don’t kill people. People kill people
2. The Gov REFUSES to enforce the laws for guns now so why make more?
3. You Ban Guns Criminals will have a field day. They can break into houses with no worries. And they will still be able to get guns!
4. By banning guns you will make criminals out of law biding citizens.
5. Its been proven in states that have no concealed weapon law that crime rates are lower.
6. People die of alcohol every year so why not ban it? Same goes for Cars they run over people and kill them so fuck it just ban them also!
7. The gov wants to ban guns so they can take us over plain and simple! They will kill the 2nd amendment then the rest of the constitution and start the new world order shit.
8. Who ever Trash talked the NRA you are retarded. The NRA had lots of good idea's like project exile. If you committed a violent crime with a gun it was mandatory 5 years imprisonment but guess what? The Gov shut it down after it was proven to work in VA!

very well said man. you're cool in my book. it's nice to see someone with some common sence. :)

I agree everyone has the right to health care. Get a job and pay for it! Don't expect me to go out and bust my ass to pay for your medical care.

As for guns, Matt is right. If you don't want to carry or own don't, but don't fucking tell me I can't. I may just tell you that you don't have a right to health care.

Everyone in America shares the same beliefs?

euro dollar=socialis because it's one currency throughout. no exchange rate, a unified economy.

This was done for strictly economic reasons. To free up money markets and create transparency between European regions. I would consider that pretty capitalist.

The states share the dollar amongst them. Are the states "socialist?" You still haven´t told me what a socialist does diferently from other people that makes him a socialist.

the state are a capitalistic

a socialism is the rationing of wealth. workers produce beyond the necessary needs. it does'nt matter if one is a factory worker and another is a doctor. the wealth is going to be taxed and distibuted more evenly, according to their ideals, that way noone's gain is someone's loss. i'm reading a book on it right now. so the more i get from it the more i'll post. what i just described is basically socialist taxation and redistribution of wealth, then you can get into healthcare, medication, and so on.

in capitalism everyone has the right to try, fail, succeed, prosper, ect. the wealth is not distibuted evenly or such but rather people are free to make more money if they choose as long as they have to means to do so. it's a free market where as a socialist market is strictly government regulated.

you can do like me and read a book or two. i'm sure you can find some pretty good ones at a book store or library.

Are there not any regulations in the American economy?

You want to talk redistribution of wealth? Do you know how many billions of dollars in subsidies American farmers receive each year in the US? Is that not taking tax money and redistributing it? Yours sounds like a two valued world. Everything is either "socialist" or "capitalist."

I´ve read a few of those things before.:) Any suggestions?
