Most people don't grasp the idea of a message board. You post a question and later you collect your answers and ask more questions maybe. But here people think it's a chat room. You post a question and get an instant answer and you post more and so on. People don't get understand the value of having a question on the board for a day rather than an hour. In an hour you only get a few people who happen to be reading at that time. In a day you get hundreds in different time zones, work, home, etc. and your answers are more varied for you to pick the most informed from.
You see it all the time. A post, 10 minutes later a bump, 10 minutes later, "how come no one is answering me?" The other thing that's funny to me is when you do get a thread with 100 answers that is 3 days old, people say, "I don't want to read all that, just answer my question."
